AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE TO ADVERTISE
CITY-OWNED LOTS IN FOUNTAINbJOOD AREA
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is interested in selling four
city-owned lots in the Fountainwood Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it would be to the advantage of the city to sell the
lots,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City'of
Kuskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to advertise
for sale the following city-owned 1oKs in the Fountainwood Sub-
division :
Key No. 2162.008 - Lot 11 Blk 16
Key No. 2162.009 - Lot 12 Blk 16
Key No. 2162.010 - Lot 13 Blk 16
Key No. 2162.068 - Lot 26 Blk 18
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee is directed
to review the bids and report back to the Council with their
recommendation. n
