a AUTHORIZING CONTRACT BElWEEN WISCONSIN COUNCIL OF
COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
(City Hall and Library Employees)
WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the city and its
clerical and library employees, and
WHEREAS, the city hall and library clerical employees, as
represented by Local #2414, Wisconsin Council of County and
Municipal Employees has ratified the contract, and
WHEREAS, the city's Negotiating Committee has recommended
ratification of the contract by the Comon Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby ratify the agreement between its Neg-
otiating Committee and the city hall and library clerical
employees for the year 1973.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Negotiating Comittee and the
Mayor are authorized to execute the agreement in the name of
the city. A
