a APPROVING RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR
WAUER FUR FOODS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request for the
renewal of the Conditional Use Grant held by Carl Wauer and
Wauer Fur Foods for the purpose of mining and processing sand
and gravel, and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Plan Commission has held the necessary
public hearing and has recomnended renewal of said Conditional
Use Grant, and
LEIEREAS, an agreement between the City of Muskego and Carl
Wauer specifies that approximately 25 acres of land shall be
used as a source of landfill cover material and approximately
34 acres which is presently being excavated is included in
the Landfill Permit granted by the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the renewal of a Conditional
Use Grant presently held by Carl Vauer encompassing approximately
34 acres, said Grant to expir- June 1, 1974.
