AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT AND
EASEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF STORM SEWER
AT ST. PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee is planning the
installation of a storm sewer through property owned by
St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the Council approve the execution of the necessary
easement and agreement which is needed prior to the
start of the project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the execution
of an easement and agreement between St. Paul's Lutheran
Church and the City of Muskego in order that a storm
sewer may be installed through the church property.
BFT IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents after
review by the City Attorney. n
