REQUESTING AID UNDER LAWCON 200
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board of the City of
Muskego is preparing a comprehensive Outdoor Park and
Recreation Plan to provide the City of Muskego with a
guide for the improvement and expansion of the city's recreation program, and
WHEREAS, fifty per cent (50%) of the cost of the pre-
paration of such a plan could be recovered through
the KAWCON 200 Assistance Program, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for an application to be
submitted to the Department of Natural Resources,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby request $2,650.00
from the Department of Natural Resources for 50% of
the cost of preparing a comprehensive Outdoor Park and
Recreation Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
execute the necessary application in the name of the
city .
