(AS AMENDED)
ESTABLISHING THE WIDTH OF HILLENDALE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Hillendale Drive between C.T.H. "Y" and College
Avenue has previously been designated as a 100' width
road and
WHEREAS, the relocation of Highway "Y" resulted in
Hillendale Drive in becoming a city-owned street with
considerably less traffic, and
WHEREAS, there has been recommended that Hillendale Drive
be designated as an 80' width road,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby declare Hillendale Drive,
between C.T.H. "Y" and College Avenue, as an 80' road
right-of way and that the official highway width map of
the city be amended in accordance herewith.
