RE-APPROVAL OF ST. LEONARD'S SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, On September 12, 1972, the Common Council of the
City of Muskego adopted Resolution 11185-72 approving the
final plat of St. Leonard's Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the plat has now been submitted for recording
and it is best that the Common Council re-affirm that
action, and
WHEREAS, the Lincoln State Bank has verified that
sufficient monies are available to complete the required
improvements,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the final pla~t of
St. Leonard's Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is given with
the understanding that the developer will pay to the city
all the inspection costs relating to the installation of
sewers and that only 65% of the recorded subdivision shall
be issued Building Permits. A
