e TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN CAPITAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board had advised the Finance Committee that because of the commitment by the city to pay
$8,000.00 towpards the construction of tennis courts at the
High School and plans for capital improvement would have to
be curtailed unless a portion of those funds were provided
from some other source, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that half of
those monies committed ($4,000.00) be provided by transfer
from the Capital Budget Contingency Fund to Park Development.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, authorize a transfer of $4,000.00 from Capital Budget
Contingency Fund to Capital Budget Contingency Fund to Capital
Budget, Park Development. /i
