DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Tess Corners Fire Dept.)
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that the following
property be rezoned from RS-2 to RS-2 with an Overlay for Institut-
ional and Public Service, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held
Part of the S1/2 of the SE 114 of Section 2, T5N, R20E,
City of Muskego Waukesha County, Wisconsin: Corm in
the NW comer, thence N 335.28', thence E 1225 ft.,
thence N 25' W 594' to the beginning; thence N 25OW
209', thence N 65' E 100.1'; thence N 27' 30" W, thence
S78' E 252'12" to the center of Tess Corners Road,
thence S25O E 150', thence S65O W 308' to the point
of beginning. This property may more generally be
described as W144 S6731 Tess Corners Drive.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
implementing ordinance to rezone the above described property
from RS-2 to RS-2 with an Overlay for Institutional and Public
Service. n
