ACCEPTING THE LOW BID FOR BITUMINOUS ASPHALT
FOR 1973
ROAD IMPROVEMEm PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for
bituminous asphalt for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Payne & Dolan, Inc. - - - - - - - - - -7.14 per ton
Lang Engr. Co., 1nc.- - - - - - - - - -7.30 per ton
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bid of Payne & Dolan be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of PaynekDolan to provide
