APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR LOT 11, BLOCK 2, BAY SHORE ESTATES
(Tower)
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned by Mr. Francis Tower for determination of status
for Lot 11, Block 2, Bay Shore Estates, which has less than
the required width and area for the RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
this request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve legal lot status for Lot 11,
Block 2, Bay Shore Estates. n
