ATTEST:
APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL 12,000 MILE WARRANTY
FOR NEW SQUAD CARS
WHEREAS, the Police Department has requested that the city
purchase an additional warranty from American Motors which
would provide protection for an additional 12,000 miles,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recomended approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of an additional
12,000 mile warranty with American Motors to cover recently
purchased Javelin squad cars.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of this additional
warranty shall be $150.00.per squad car.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
execute the necessary documentshn the name of the city.
