APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR HANS KEISER

WHEREAS, the Comnon Council has received a petition from
Hans Keiser for legal status of several lots in his sub-
division, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the
Council that legal status be granted subject to the
condition that the length of property be extended to
the east in order that square footage requirements can
be met,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby affirm the action of the
Plan Commission giving legal lot status to several lots
along Kelsey Drive owned by Hans Keiser.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that a length of property be extended to
the east in order that the square foot requirements of
the Zoning Ordinance can be me 27
