GRANTINC A TRAILER PERMIT TO
ALLAN GOETZ
WHEREAS, the clty has received a request for a Traller Permlt as
provlded In Sec. 6.08111, Ch.17 of the hntcipal Code, and
WHEf?€AS, the Flnance Comnittee has recomnended approval of that
request, subject to the followlng:
(1) There be a 60 day llmlt for the parking of the traller.
(21 Mer must agree to sign a statement that In the
event the traller Is not removed at the end of 60 days
the city may have it hauled away at the Iandmer's
expense.
(31 The owner must agree not to hook up hls traller to a
sept Ic system.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the Clty of
Muskego does hereby approve of a Traller Permlt for Allan Goetz
on the Elbert lson property located at S94 W13674 Ryan Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit Is granted under the
follow ing condltlons:
I) There be a 60 day llmlt for the parklng of the traller.
2) Mer must agree to sign a statement that In the event
