WAIVING REQUIREMENT FOR ST. PAUL'S CHURCH TO
CONNECT CHURCH BUILDING INTO SEWER SYSTEM
.I WHEREAS, the city has received a request from St. Paul's
Lutheran Church to waive the sewer hookup to the present
church building in the "G" District, and
WHEREAS, in evaluating that request the Sewer Committee
noted the following:

The cemetery on the west side of the church
building would create unusual hookup problems.
The Building Inspector reported to the committee
that the amount of water used by the church is
very small and that most activities take place in the Youth Center.
It is the intention of the congregation to build a new church building within the next five to
seven years.
Council approve the request,
~, the Sewer Committee has recommended that the
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of St. Paul's
Lutheran Church, located at 563 W14325 Janesville Road, to
waive the requirement to hook up to the municipal sewer
system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event a problem with the pre-
sent disposal system develops which cannot be corrected they would then
have to hook into the municipal sewer system.
