BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of
the City Plan Commission to deny a petition submitted by
Anton A. Beringer, W190 S7236 Lochcrest Boulevard, re-
questing legal lot status for Lot 8, Hillview Farm Plat,
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
