AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF REVENUE BONDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary that funds be raised to pay a
part of the costs of constructing extensions to the
sewer system of the city,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city issue its
revenue bonds in the amount of $915,000.00 for the
purposes above state.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Bonds be noticed for sale
by mailing a notice thereof in the form attached
hereto such person as the clerk may select, the
official Notice of Bond Sale be in the following form
and the details prescribed in said Notice be, and they
hereby are, adopted as and for the details applicable
to said Bond issue.
