e EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO FRED WASHA
WHEREAS, the Muckey 4-H Club has chosen to honor Fred Washa for
his outstanding service to the youth of this community for the
past 24 years, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego also wishes
to express the city's appreciation for those years of service,
and
WHEREAS, Fred Washa has given unselfishly of his time as the
inspirational force behind the success of the Muckey 4-H, and
WHEREAS, because of these efforts a great number of youths of
the community have had the opportunity to become better citizens,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby express its appreciation and the appreciation
of the citizens of Muskego for the years of dedicated service by
Mr. Fred Washa to the young people of this community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution, with the
Seal of the City of Muskego affixed, shall be presented to Fred
Washa and that this resolution shall become a part of the proceed-
ings of the Common Council of e City of Muskego. 79
