INITIATING ACTION TO REZONE PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 2 FROM RS2 to RS2 - OIP
(Tess Corners Fire House)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the city initiate, on its own motion,
a petition to change the RS-2 zoning to RS-2 OIP (Institu-
tional and Special Service) for the parcel of land owned
by the Tess Corners Fire Department on Tess Comers
Drive in Section 2,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby initiate, on its own
motion, a proposal to change the zoning on a parcel of
land owned by the Tess Corners Fire Dept. in Section 2 from
RS-2 to RS-2 OIP (Institutional and Special Service).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing be held for
said rezoning on June 26, 1973, at 7:15 P.M.
