AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BElWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND WISCONSIN DEPT. OF AGRICULTURE
(Weights 6 Measures)
e WHEREAS, it has become necessary that the City of Muskego enter
into an agreement with the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Agriculture, for services performed within the City by that
Department, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture agrees to furnish the
services and perform the duties of Sealer of Weights and
Measures as required in Sec. 9804(1), Wisconsin Statutes, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture agrees to report to the
City, at least annually, on the extent and natures of the
services performed, and
WHEREAS, the annual fee for such service is in the approximate
amount of $800.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement between the
City and the Department of Agriculture for services to be
performed by a Sealer of Weights and Measures for a fee of
approximately $800.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the agreement.
