AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE OF BID ON FORCED HOOK-UP
(Crotty Property)
WHEREAS, in Resolution #220-72 the Common Council approved a bid
for a forced hook-up of the Crotty property located at S63
W18429 Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS, the contractor has advised the Sewer Committee that
said bid was based on the understanding that no inside plumbing
would be required since he could not gain entrance to the home,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Comittee, after considering the matter
and discussing it with the Building Inspector, has recommended
the contractor, Ed Zidar Plumbing Co., be granted his request for
an additional $300.00.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that with the additional contract the
total cost of installation shall be $1,560.00.
