AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
FOR FORCED HOOK-UPS
(District A & P)
a WHEREAS, there are several residents residing in the A & P Sewer
District who have not connected into the City's sewer system and
have not indicated in any way that they intend to do so through
the request of a permit, etc., and
WHEREAS, they have been given notice that hook-up is required or the City would have it done and placed on the tax roll, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has now recommended that
Ruekert & Mielke prepare the specifications and advertise for
bids for forced hook-up on the following properties,
Addis, S65 W18700 Gem Drive
Denis, W187 S6952 Gold Drive
Brad, S65 W18422 Ruby Drive
Fischer, S68 W17929 Island Drive
Olson, W192 57202 Hillside Drive
Moritz, S71 W19122 Hillview Drive
Wiesner, W186 S6727 Jewel Crest Drive
Gordon, S66 W18560 Jewel Crest Drive
Kelley, W180 S7677 Pioneer Drive
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Committee, authorize Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the specifications
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Sewer
and to advertise for bids for the forced hook-up of the following
properties.
Addis, S65 W18700 Gem Drive
Brad, S65 W18422 Ruby Drive
Denis, W187 S6952 Gold Drive
Fischer, 568 W17929 Island Drive
Olson, W192 S7202 Hillside Drive Moritz, S71 W19122 Hillview Drive
Wiesner, W186 S6727 Jewel Crest Drive
Gordon, S66 W18560 Jewel Crest Drive
Kelley, W180 S7677 Pioneer Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is authorized to
accept the lowest bid in the name of the City and that the Clerk
and Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary documents in
the name of the City.
