DENYING THE APPLICATION OF EWALD MOERKE
To REZONE CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 9
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission to deny the petition of Ewald E.
Moerke, Jr., dated January 9, 1973, to rezone certain
Parcel of land on Janesville Road in Section 9 of the
City of Muskego from RS-3 OLS to RSM OLS.
