APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE DEVELOPERS OF MUS-KEE-GUAC AND THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Harold DeBack and Mrs. Jean Wallner, developers of
the Mus-Kee-Guac Planned Development, have submitted a
subdivision agreement as required for all Planned Develop-
ments, and
WHEREAS, the agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the agreement establishes the responsibility of the
developers as to providing the necessary improvements and
the necessity to fulfill the requirements of Chapter 18 of
the Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to accept the agreement subject to
the developers providing to the city the necessary legal
descriptions for streets "A" and "B" and relocated McShane Road,
as well as evidence of title conveyances from Schober and
Radtke,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the agreement between the
developers of Mus-Kee-Guac Planned Development and the City
of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is with the under-
standing that the subdivider will provide to the city legal
descriptions for streets "A" and "B" and relocated McShane
Road, as well as evidence of title of conveyances from Schober
and Radtke.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city after
review by the Aldermen.
