AUTHORIZING THE JOINING OF THE MILWAUKEE
AREA MUNICIPAL EMPLOYERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
City of Muskego join the Milwaukee Area Municipal
Employers Association, and
WHEREAS, this program would provide invaluable information
as it relates to wages and fringe benefits paid in the
surrounding communities, which in turn would aid the
Negotiating Committee in their discussions with the
different department of the city on contracts for 1973,
and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby agree to participate with the
Milwaukee Area Municipal Employers Association at a cost
of $225.00, said amount to be taken from Account #292,
Unappropriated Surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall
be sent to Mr. Roger E. Walsh, Coordinator of the Program.
