AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN XEROX
COMPANY AND THE CIn OF MUSKEG0

WHEREAS, the library has requested the installation of a coin-
operated copy machine for use by their patrons, and
WHEREAS, monies have been provided in the 1973 budget for the
rental of such a machine, and
WHEREAS, the librarian has provided the Finance Committee with
a comparison sheet showing the several different machines
available and their costs, and
WHEREAS, it was the decision of the Finance Committee to
recommend the Xerox Company,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the librarian to enter into
an agreement with Xerox for the installation of a coin-operated
copy machine for a period of one year.
