APPROVING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT WITH THE WISCONSIN
ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY (INDUSTRIAL PARK)
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Electric Power Company requires an
easement from the City of Muskego in order to provide
needed power to its industrial park,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to the Wisconsin Electric
Power Company an easement for the purpose of providing
electric power to the city's industrial park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk gnd Mayor are authorized
to execute said easement in the name of the city.
