DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Re: Chesterhill)
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received a petition from
David Cunningham to rezone Lots 1 and 2, Ches terhill
Subdivision, from RS-3 to B-3 to permit the expansion of
a commercial building (A& P store), and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on said rezoning has been
held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended approval of the proposed rezoning,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is hereby
directed to draft the necessary implementing ordinance that
would amend the zoning district map of the City of Muskego
by rezoning Lots 1 and 2, Chesterhill Subdivision, from
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed rezoning be subject
to the recommendations of the Plan Commission.
