AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR
POLICE DEPARTPENT OFFSET MACHINE
BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND LEASE
AMERICA CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a
proposed one- year Maintenance Agreement for the offset
machine at the Police Department with Lease America
Corporation,be acceDted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement
between the City of Muskego and Lease America Corporation
for a one-year Maintenance Agreement at a cost not to
exceed $216.00 per year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
