ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR HIGHWAY MOWERS
WHEREAS, the 1973 Public Works Capital Budget provides for
the purchase of two new highway mowers, and
WHEREAS, bids for said equipment have been advertised for,
and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Milwaukee Ford Tractor $ 3,100.00
Oak Creek Equipment Co. 2,620.00
Tractor Loader Sales, Inc. 2,568.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that it
would be more advantageous to the city to purchase two Triumph
model 7500 Pihnanless Hydraulic drive mowers from 0-C Equipment
Company in the amount of $2,620.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of 0-C Equipment Co.
in the amount of $2,620.00 for two Triumph model 7500 mowers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
