DECLARING THE CITY'S INTENT TO ACCEPT BAY LANE
AS A PUBLIC ROAD e WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee and the representatives of the
Muskego Norway School Board have met to explore the possibilities of
Road to Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, it was agreed that the city would be willing to accept the
road as a public right-of-way if a new cyclone fence were erected
on the east side of the right-of-way and the existing fence on the
west side of the right-of-way would remain and become city property,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee,
does hereby declare its willingness to accept a quit claim deed
from the Muskego Norway School System for lands required to provide
public right-of-way from existing Bay Lane Road to Woods Road.

a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance would be predicated
upon the City of Muskego receiving title to the fence on the west
side of the right-of-way and the Muskego Norway School District
agreeing to erect a cyclone fence on the east side of the right-of-way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be sent
to the Clerk of the Muskego Norway School District.
