RESOLUTION 'E0 AMEND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
LINCOLN NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE CO. AND
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Retirement Program)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego presently provides through the
Lincoln National Life Insurance Company a Retirement Program
and pays the full cost of the program (20~ per hour), and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Retirement Program be upgraded by adding lean hour per
employee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute an amendment to the present agreement with Lincoln
National Life whereby the Retirement Program will be increased
by 1OC per hour.
