SE'TTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE ON PROPOSED
SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Rules, Laws & Ordinance has presented a revised
Subdivision Control Ordinance to the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been submitted to the Plan Commission for
their consideration, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing should be held to consider the
proposed ordinance and to provide adequate opportunities to
interested parties to be heard regarding the proposed
changes,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set March 13, 1973, at 7:OO P.M.
for the purpose of presented a revised Subdivision Control
Ordinance to the public for their review.
