AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE To PREPARE
PUNS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF KELSEY DRIVE
WHEREAS, it is the city's intent to reconstruct Kelsey
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the Engineering Firm of Ruekert h Mielke be authorized
to prepare the plans and specifications for the above
project, and
WHEREAS, monies have been provided for this project in
the 1973 Public Works Capital Budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering
Firm of Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the plans and specif-
ications for the reconstruction of Kelsey Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee
report the results of the bidding with their recomendation
back to the Common Council.
