ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RESCUE SERVICE

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego contracts with the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department for rescue service, and
WHEREAS, the agreement between the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department and the City of Muskego calls for a payment of
$45.00 for each rescue call made by the Fire Department, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended that the
city increase its charge to the individual services from $25.00
to $30.00 to help defray a portion of the cost,
WEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby establish a charge of $30.00 for rescue
services rendered by the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department.
