DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR VARIANCE To CREATE
SUB-STANDARD LOTS

WHEREAS, Hugh and Beverly McGrorty, W172 57601 Lannon
Drive, have requested permission for variance to create
three sub-standard lots as provided for in Section 18.30
of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that this request be denied,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby deny the request of Hugh and
Beverly McGrorty for permission for variance to create
three sub-standard lots on Lannon Drive.
