RESOLUTION #9-73
ACCEPTING THE 1973 CONTRACT WITH THE WISCONSIN
COUNCIL OF COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES,
LOCAL 2414
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached between the representatives
of certain employees of the Police Department who have chosen
the Wisconsin Council of County and Municipal Employees, Local
2414 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal
Employees, AFL-CIO to represent them and the Negotiating Committee
of the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the agreement is for the year 1973,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby approve of the proposed agreement of the City of Muskego
and the Wisconsin Council of County and Municipal Employees,
Local 2414 of the American Federation of State, County and
Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, representing certain employees
of the Police Department for the year 1973.
BE IT ETRTHER RESOLVED that the members of the Finance Committee
of the Common Council are authorized to execute the necessary
agreement in the name of the city.
