RESOLUTION DETERMINING NECESSITY OF ACQUIRING
INTEREST IN LANDS OF RALPH LASSA
AND DOLORES LASSA
WHEREAS, public necessity demands that a public street be
installed in a part of Section 8, T 5 N, Range 20 East, of
the City of Muskego, and that the city acquire the lands
required for the right of way for said street,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of
the City of Muskego, that it is necessary in the public interest
that the following described right of way be acquired for the
purpose of the construction, use maintenance and repair, including
reconstruction of public street in the City of Muskego and that
the city acquire the lands required for said purpose and that
the attached. Relocation Order with the proper establishing,
laying out and acquiring of said right of way be approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Attorney and the Mayor
be hereby authorized and directed to negotiate for the acquisition
of those lands required for the right of way for said street
and in the event said lands cannot be obtained by negotiation,
the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to take by
condemnation those lands required for the right of way for said
street .

a THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO FINDS AND
DETERMINES THAT :
The proper establishing, laying out and acquisition
of the necessary right of way upon the lands of Ralph Lassa
and Dolores Lassa, his wife, located in Section 8, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, of the City of Muskego, required the acquisition of
copy thereof.

ORDERS THAT :
(1) The said right of way is laid out and established
to the lines and widths as shown on said map.
(2) The required lands or interest in lands as shown
on the map shall be acquired pursuant to the Wisconsin Statutes.
