GRANTING MUNICIPAL SEWER SERVICE TO
(Racine Avenue)
A PORTION OF FORMER LOOMIS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Mr. Raymond Wallner, owner of lands known as the
former Loomis property, has requested that he be permitted
to connect into the city's municipal sewer system, and
WHEREAS, he has been assessed for sewer installation and has
either paid or is paying that assessment, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that this
request be granted with the understanding that it will
provide municipal sewer service to approximately 15 acres
presently zoned B-2,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Sewer Committee,
does hereby declare its intent to grant Mr. Raymond Wallner
the use of its municipal sewer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permission is limited to
15 acres of land presently zone B-2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of the city's sewer
system will be dependent upon the developer presenting a
plan acceptable to the Plan Commission and the Common Council.
