PROVIDING SEWER TREATMENT FACILITIES TO THE
MUSK-KEE-GUAC PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has discussed with the
developers a request to provide sewage treatment to the
proposed development along McShane Road known as Mus-Kee-Guac,
and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended to the Council
that sewage treatment be provided for subject to the under-
standing that a holding tank will be installed of sufficient
size to assure the treatment of effluent during off peak
hours,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby declare its intent to provide sewage
treatment for the planned development known as Mus-Kee-Guac.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this notice of intent is dependent
upon the development of a holding tank of sufficient size to
insure treatment in off peak hours, that the proposed planned
development is finally approved by the city along with the necessary
zoning and that the developers are limited as provided in Res-
olution #220-71.
