DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS FOR LOT 6, BLK A
HI-Y RANCHES SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of Lot 6, Block A
Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation
of the Plan Commission, the request of Mrs. William Thomka
for legal status for Lot 6, Block A, Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision.
