ACCEPTANCE OF LOW QUOTATION FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF A WELL IN THE
MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, bids advertised for the installation of a well
in the Muskego Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, no bids were received, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised that we may now
negotiate for the necessary work to be done, and
WHEREAS, we have received the following quotation from
Andrew Egofske:
Approximately $ 2,381.75
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the low quotation from
Mr. Andrew Egofske in the amount of approximately $2,381.75
for a well to be drilled in the Muskego Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the city.
