TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNAPPROPRIATED
SURPLUS To ACCOUNT #520.050, JUVENILE
PROGRAM $

m WHEREAS, the 1972 budget did not provide for the Juvenile
Program of the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, the reimbursement received from the State is
returned to the General Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
$10,960.00 be transferred from the Unappropriated Surplus
to Account #520.050, Juvenile Program,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Clerk -
Comptroller to transfer from Unappropriated Surplus the
amount of $10,960.00 to Account #520.050, Juvenile
Program.
