TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY FUND To
POLICE DEPARTMENT, ACCOUNTS #520.011 AND 520.0112,

WHEREAS, the adoption of the 1972 budget included monies
in the Contingency Fund to cover salaries within the
Police Department once negotiations were completed, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer $5,743.00 from the
Contingency Fund to Accounts #520.011 and #520.0112,
Salaries, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended such
transfer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the transfer of
$5,743.00 from the Contingency Fund to Police Department,
Accounts #520.011 and #520.0112 , Salaries.
