APPROVING L~SE BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND THODE ESTATE
0 WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is in need of storage space for
their highway equipment through March of 1973, and
WHEREAS, the Herbert Thode Estate has offered the use of their
outbuildings at a rate of $4.00 per unit per month, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
Council approve said lease,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of a lease between the Herbert
Thode Estate and the City of Muskego for the purpose of storing
highway equipment at a cost of $4.00 per unit per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this lease shall be in effect
through March of 1973.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary document in the name of the city.
