DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR VARIANCE FOR LOT
IN MEADOWDALE SUBDIVISION
(Heikkinen)
WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 14, Block 4, Meadowdale
Subdivision, have requested a variance from Chapter
18.30 of the Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that
this request for variance be denied,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of
Norman Heikkinen for 10' variance to permit the
creation of a more sub-standard lot than presently
exists.
