TERMINATION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT 1/45

WHEREAS, a conditional use permit #45 having been
issued for the premises described therein, and to one Donald
J. Bentley, said permit providing for the operation of a dog
kennel and dated the 7th day of November, 1967, and as a
condition of operation, the permit having provided that the
term of operation would not exceed 5 years without further
review and approval by the Plan Commission and the petitioner,
and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on December 5, 1972, objections
from adjacent property owners were heard and it is the recommend-
ation of the Plan Commission that the conditional use granted on
the following describer property be revoked:
The NWk of the SWk of Sec. 5, T5N, RZOE, in the City
of Muskego - excepting and reserving therefrom the
following: A strip of land 14A. off the E pt of the NWk of the SWk of said See. 5. Also excepting and
reserving therefrom the following: A strip of land
exactly 80 rods long running N and S along the W
boundary line of the NWk of the SWk of said Sec. 5.
THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby revoke conditional use grant 1/45 on the above
described property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the use being discontinued,
that no nonconforming use status be allowed to the property,
so as to allow the continued operation of a dog kennel of
any kind.
