AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT
FOR POLICE DEPARRiENT COPY MACHINE BETWEEN
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND SAVIN SALES COW.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a
proposed service agreement between the City of Muskego
and the Savin Sales Corporation of Wisconsin for the
copy machine at the Police Department be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego and the Savin Sales Corporation of
Wisconsin for the servicing of the copy machine at the
Police Department at a cost not to exceed $145.00 per
year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
