DENIAL OF CLAIM OF WALTER VESBACH

e WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim in the
amount of $694.33 from Walter Vesbach for loss of money
suffered because of removal of lands in the vicinity of
the sewer lagoons from the Soil Bank Program, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee had previously recommended
denial of the claim, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, by its action on Resolution
#211-72, did not concur with that recommendation, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has once again reviewed the
claim and the circumstances involved and has reaffirmed
their recommendation to deny the claim,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee and the City Attorney, does hereby deny the claim
of Walter Vesbach in the amount of $694.33.
