WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status for Lot 3 Block 3,
Hillview Farm Plat subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission, the request of Harry Salla, Sr., for
legal status of Lot 3 Block 3, Hillview Farm Plat Subdivision.
